Eggnog Cheesecake Recipe

For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted

- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup eggnog
- 2 eggs

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter.
- Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and flour until smooth.
- Mix in eggnog and rum (or rum extract), blending well.
- Add eggs and mix just until blended. Don’t overmix.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
