Keto Low Carb Cheesy Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Add eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the cheese mixture. Mix well.
- Combine the cheese mixture with the almond flour mixture and form a dough.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into a bread loaf.
- Brush the top with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
