Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds.
  4. Add eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the cheese mixture. Mix well.
  5. Combine the cheese mixture with the almond flour mixture and form a dough.
  6. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into a bread loaf.
  7. Brush the top with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
