Wash and dice the tomatoes.
In a pan, add oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Add tomatoes, sugar, salt and oregano. Let it cook till a little soften.
Take out from heat and let it cool for few minutes. Pour in a blender till a little chunks left or creamy. It depends on what consistency you want.
Then ready to pour into your pizza dough. Or store in fridge up to 1 week only. Or freeze it up to 3 months.
2. Marinara Sauce
With easy steps, you can make you own marinara sauce at home. You can use fresh tomatoes or can tomatoes. I prefer fresh tomatoes and crushed in blender.
Ingredients:
3 cups crushed tomatoes or can
1 small onion, finely diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoon fresh thyme
2 tablespoon fresh basil
1 tbsp olive oil
In a pan, add oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Then, add crushed tomatoes. Let it boils and simmer in medium heat for about 3-5 minutes. Add fresh thyme and basil. Season with salt abd pepper. Pour in your favorite pasta or pizza. Enjoy!
3. Alfredo Sauce- Creamy version
Easy to make and with just 4 ingredients!
– 3 tbsp butter
– 1 & 1/2 cups heavy cream
– 4 cloves garlic -finely minced
– 1 cup Parmesan cheese
In a pan, melts the butter. Add the minced garlic and saute till fragrant. Then add heavy cream. Whisk the cream into the butter until fully combined and simmers. Add the Parmesan cheese and continue mixing until the sauce thickens.
Taste and add black pepper if needed. Serve immediately on top of pasta. Sprinkle extra cheese and parsley flakes or fried bacon 🥓 . Enjoy!
